We accept returns of products that are damaged, without any restrictions, as long as the problem is identified by you and you inform us about it no later than seven days after receiving the product. We ask our customers to inform us about it through firstname.lastname@example.org and to state the exact problem. In the email, please also state if you wish the money back to your account or the replacement of the damaged product. The return is free of charge for the customer, and the return of the money or the replacement of the product is done after the receipt by Milia Riza of the damaged product.
